Every time we start Myibidder we are prompted to link the eBay account. The account is linked and current. Is this an error or normal?

You removed your username so I can't check it.
But if it's linked when you login using the Web interface, then you are fine. It should not ask to link it again.
Please provide a screenshot where you see it's asking to link anyway.
