does your bid include the sellers delivery costs or is it just the item price excluding delivery

It's the same way as if you would bid directly on eBay.

This is another issue that I have, my Shipping column is empty. I can click on an item and it takes me to eBay and I see the shipping cost.

This is not the same issue, but a completely different thing.
Unfortunately, I can't check anything without any reference information like the item number.
I could only suggest to try to relink your eBay account. If you still don't see the shipping cost, then it may be not available for you.
