			| Can't open Myibidder, ERROR Message | Sat Jul 23, 2016 10:50 PM | | | |

I have just installed the newest version of Myibidder and when I try to open it to put in my "code" I get the following message:

See logfile 'C:\program files(x86)/Myibidder\myibay.exe.log' for details.

There is no such filoe in that directory. I am running Windows 10 on a fast Dell laptop.

 Any thoughts?

What happens when you just login using the same eBay user id you specified when purchased the software?

I can't get that far. When I try to open myibidder,it attempts to begin, but goes to the Error Message before the the program can fully launch.

 Your thoughts?

I can't get that far. When I try to open Myibidder, the startup stoops and gives the Error Message before it can fully launch.

Seems like Firewall restriction on your end.
Please allow the program to access Internet in your Firewall.

		Thanks! That did it

I changed from Microsoft's Firewall to Avg's newly installed security apps firewall and missed checking out programs that had previously worked. When I changed from the free version of Myibidder, and uninstalled it, and freshly installed the new, paid-for version, it must have reacted to the new installation. \\I did not catch it until I tried to start up the new version.

Thanks you for helping me resolve this problem.

 Larryf
