Hello -- I'm getting an error when I try to start Myibidder. I'm using Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with Service Pack 1. I tried installing the latest version from the website, but still get the same error. A box pops up with the following:

Myibidder Auction bid sniper for eBay (c)2007-2012 has stopped working.

The report you provided is Windows crash, not the app itself.
What did you do to get this issue? Please provide step by step instructions so I could replicate it.

If you want to start from scratch, then you need to uninstall the app, find and remove myibay.cfg file, then reboot your Windows and install the app again.

All I did to get the error was to double click on the Myibidder icon on my desktop. I was not able to show any error message from Myibidder itself since it did not even open. I just got the Windows error popup that I described.

However, I followed your directions for a clean re-install, and it works fine again now.

Thanks very much for your help Sashka (and quick too)!
