Hi,
I've been trying for half an hour to log in through your site and app to snipe an auction.
I have changed my eBay password, my userID and nothing works. All I get is "Wrong UserID or Password" whether on the PC or the android app every time I try. I am certain that I am typing both correctly and identically to when I log into eBay.
I also get no warnings of any kind when I log into eBay.
Is there anything I could try?

You should not do it for half an hour since eBay may block those attempts.
Also, please always include the eBay user id (do not include password) in question so I could check.

I have just tried again now to log in, unfortunately it's still not working. The user ID is robdennehy.

I don't see any attempts to login as robdennehy on my side.
Please make sure you type your eBay user id on your Android device correctly.
