myibay extension for Firefox was updated to be Firefox 3 long time ago. I personally use it on Firefox 3 and it works great.

If you don't have it, then maybe you auto-update feature is disabled. You can do "Find Updates" in your Firefox to get the latest or re-download it one more time from here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5571

Please let me know if you still have problems updating it on your Firefox.
