Apparently running this software does not prevent computer from entering the sleep mode. My system is running under win7 OS. I looked for any pertinent features under myibay settings, and ticked the "connection keep alive" option. That did not help.
Is this a normal behavior for this program. Is the user expected to manually deactivate the computer power saving features?

I don't keep the software running when running on my own PC. Nobody reported this issue so far, you are the first one.
The software does not do anything special to keep your PC running. If your Windows goes to sleep when you close the software, then keep it closed. The sniping is done by remote server anyway and there is no reason to keep the software running after you set your snipes.

Thanks. I'm a new user, and wasn't aware that it's a remote service.
