What happens is someone snipes my snipe? If I come in 6 seconds before bidding ends and then someone has their software set for 3 or 4 seconds and they snipe my snipe will this website snipe again?

You don't snipe somebody snipes, you snipe auctions.
Whoever snipe the highest wins.
