Hi, been using this for months, works great!

Since last Sunday, every submitted bid of mine does no appear / is not placed anymore, even if my bid is much higher than the winner's!

Bidding on eBay Germany, using the web-based Interface (Firefox).

What's wrong?

Welcome to our forums.

eBay introduced some changes recently and since you use international (non-US) auctions, then you might be affected.

The service was updated to reflect these changes. I'm monitoring if any issues arise.
I'm sorry if you missed any auctions because of that. I really hope you will be able to find a replacement.

If you have some specific auctions, please send it with your eBay user id using Contact form.

Hi, thanks for your answer :-)

I tried several times to use the contact form before registering forum. It doesn't work, as my email is always refused ("e-mail address is incorrect"...). Maybe the system doesn't like german email adresses? :-)

What can we do? I would like to notify these specific auctions which haven't worked.... don't want this to happen again..... for the time beeing I do not use sniper, as I'm afraid to miss important auctions because od the "bug".....

Do you have the same e-mail account listed under your profile here in forums?

I just checked it and it works fine.

Could you please check that you put your e-mail into "e-mail" field, not in "Name" field?
Or you can put your e-mail address in both fields to make sure.

But it didn't work before ( I know the difference between my name and my email address ;-)
Sent an email with example for bugged auction
