Sniping with myibay stand-alone software
1. Q: Do you have stand-alone software for sniping?

A: Currently we offer Windows version, but many our customers asked for
Mac version so it's coming soon.
3. Q: What are the requirements for this software?
A: For Windows:

4. Q: How to snipe with myibay software?
A: It's easy, just follow these steps: Log in (click File - Login) using your username/password. 2. Add an auction number by putting ebay id and clicking "Add new Item Number". This auction will appear in the list. 3. Highlight (single-click) your new item and click "Snipe" on the toolbar to get "Details" window appearing. 4. Check "Enable My Snipe" checkbox.5. Enter your bid amount.6. Click OK 7. You will see your bid in the list under "My bid" column. If that won't work, please let us know which step failed for you or you could not figure out so we can provide you with more details. Good luck sniping!
5. Q: How to use Groups in stand-alone software?
A: In order to use or create a group you have to do the following: 1. Make sure you are logged. 2. Click "My Groups" to switch to Groups Management tab. 3. Click "Add new Group" button to add a new group. 4. After your Group is added, you will be able to change your Group name or specify a limit for items to win (let's say, you want to stop bidding after winning 1 item). 5. Click "Save" button when you are done making changes. When you are in "Buying" tab, you can click on your Group and all new added items will be added to the group you selected.
6. Q: Do I have to keep my computer online to bid?
A: No, it's not necessary.
This software has unique feature to work when your computer is
offline.
You can schedule your bid and close the program or shutdown your computer.
myibay will track your auctions automatically while your computer is off
and place bids at the time you requested.
Great if you have slow internet connection or you can not keep your
computer always online.
7. Q: What is "Quick Login" option?
A: "Quick Login" option lets you login into myibay a little bit quicker. This is done by skipping the check of your eBay password through eBay system.
8. Q: What if I changed my eBay password?
A: If you changed your eBay password then you have to relogin with myibay using your new password and all changes will be saved automatically.
9. Q: Any limitations for this software tool?
A: Basically, it will work as a fully functional tool for evalutation
period of 30 days. If you like it then you have to buy it in
order to continue using it. The price is just US $12.95. One time fee only, no
monthly membership! Plus, you support our development and helping us
to make this tool better.

10. Q: I'm getting error code 5 when trying to update
A: This usually happens when you did not close a previous version of the software and it's still running.
You have to close myibay software before updating (minimizing is not enough).
You can also reboot your PC to make sure the software is not running.
11. Q: Can you add some specific feature for me?
A: Maybe.
