Hi I've paid for the upgrade but no matter where I install it it is still telling me 'the evaluation period has expired' what do I have to do?

Welcome to our forums.
When you made your payment, you also got an Order Confirmation e-mail with download link and registration key.
You have to use that key in order to activate the software.
