I can not register my software. How I can do ? I put my key in HELP / ENTER KEY, but my software do not register.

Welcome to our forums.
In order to get your key accepted, you have to be logged as the user id which you specified when made your payment.
You should see this user in the Order Confirmation e-mail you received.
If you still having problems, please let me know your user id so I can check.
