Hi,
Thanks for your product. One thing I'd like to know how to work around it. I got the following message:
Could not win (11): You are registered in a country to which the seller doesn't ship.
The seller agreed to sell his product oversea. What can I do to force myibay to snipe in this case?

Each seller can set their own requirements to allow and disallow some bidders to bid on their auctions.
One of the criteria is "block bidders who are registered in countries to which you don't ship".
You have to ask the seller to either remove this restriction or to add your user id to the exemption list of allowed bidders:
