I had a problem today when a browser window opened on www.sunbingo.co.uk - not at all relevant to Myibay, but it meant that I scanned with antispyware, and Malwarebytes came up with the attached.
Is there an explanation?

Seems like a false alarm.
unicows.dll is a standard Microsoft dll file. It's needed for older Windows only (i.e Win 98 and lower) to support Unicode characters.
I see you are running Windows XP so you can safely delete that file.
You can also do a free online virus scan to make sure:

Thank you, Sashka.
I should have said that I'm running XP on an Advent 4211 (MSI Wind U100 clone) netbook.
I have scanned with Superantispyware and Microsoft Security Essentials AV - as you say, it looks like a false alarm
